This is what it's been to us for the last 17 years we have lived here (sadly time to move on).
It’s only approximately a 90 minute drive from Wellington.
The house is well insulated and with open plan living the free standing fire keeps the place cosy 24 hours a day.
A short walk to the beach with your rod and you will be able to catch the odd snapper, red-cod or kawhia.
If you like diving a 10 min ride to get crayfish or paua.
Don’t feel like cooking ... 5min drive to the pub with that million dollar view and spectacular sunset. (LAKE FERRY HOTEL.)
Endless water supply gravity fed to the house from a spring.
Outside pump-room is big enough to house that new four-wheeler you will be bringing with you.
The large semi-enclosed carport is big enough for that new boat as well.
It’s a great investment and a great place to relax from work related stress.
